Chess Tournaments

BNCF is well known across Karnataka State for their highly professional and sophisticated one-day chess tournaments. In association with BEL Officer’s Club, Jalahalli, BNCF has conducted close to 30 one-day events as on 2020. BNCF experimented different tournaments formats such as Rapid, Blitz and event classical format in its one-day events. Our one-day events has a huge fan base across Karnataka as BNCF conducts its tournaments more creatively and gives out good prize funds and wonderful trophies for the budding talents.

BNCF, in association with United Karnataka Chess Association(UKCA) a State Chess governing body, has successfully conducted quite a few state championships especially State Rapid and Blitz Championships. Winners of these tournaments were sent to participate in National Championships

BNCF, in association with Akshayakalpa an Organic Milk company conducted an unique chess tournament called “Grandprix”. In this concept, BNCF conducted a series of monthly tournaments and chose top 3 winners from each group/tournament to partipate in a grand finale tournament that carrier whopping 1.75 Lakh Indian Rupees. BNCF organizes club chess tournaments and invitational tournaments for its students as well as BNCF patrons regularly in their centers and also on online platforms. This helps BNCF students to play with stronger players and help them to learn more on the battle field. BNCF coaches evaluates the games of the students and help them to understand their games in a much better way.
